Shared Agent, Publishing Enhancements, and More
We’re excited to introduce a set of powerful updates designed to improve scalability, security, usability, and overall stability of the platform. These enhancements lay a strong foundation for future growth while making everyday workflows smoother for users and partners alike.
👥 Shared Agent — Now the Default Option
We’ve introduced Shared Agent as the new default option for task step execution.
Why it matters
The Shared Agent model brings several key benefits:
- Better scalability – All instances now start with two Shared Agents, ensuring improved performance as usage grows
- Higher security – Shared execution provides a more controlled and secure environment
- Stronger foundation for future growth – This architecture enables easier expansion and upcoming enhancements
How it works
- Shared Agent is now the default for all newly created task steps
- Existing task steps continue to run on Background Agents
- An automatic migration for existing steps is planned for a future release
This approach ensures a smooth transition without disrupting current workflows.
🚀 Publish Improvements
We’ve improved visibility and feedback around publishing configuration changes.
What’s new
- You can now clearly see when configuration changes are not yet published
- Publishing status is visible directly on the Publish button and in the Companies grid
- Real-time updates reflect any configuration changes instantly
- The publishing result dialog is shown only to the user who triggered the publish action
These changes make it easier to track deployment status and avoid confusion when working in collaborative environments.
💡 Better Code Completion
Code completion has been enhanced to be faster and more reliable.
Improvements include
- Code completion now starts automatically after typing “$”
- Works correctly across multiple formats:
- JSON
- SQL
- GraphQL
- HTML
- Improved behavior and responsiveness on macOS
This update helps speed up development and reduces syntax errors.
🛠 Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
We’ve addressed several issues to improve overall stability and performance:
- Fixed a memory usage issue that occurred after task execution
- Resolved a schema switch issue affecting connector actions
These fixes ensure smoother execution and more reliable integrations.
🎨 White Labeling for Partners
Partners can now apply their own branding across the platform for a fully white-labeled experience.
Customizable elements
- Login screen
- Menu logos (both collapsed and expanded states)
- Favicon
White labeling can be configured under Admin → Application Settings, making it easy to align the platform with your brand identity.
